    Quarterly Assessments

    The currently quarterly dues are $200, paid by the homeowners every three months on: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

    Quarterly assessments also referred to as dues collected pay for the costs to maintain your neighborhood. The routine expenses of our community include:

      • Trash collection
      • Grounds maintenance (grass cutting in the common areas, tree care, and snow removal)
      • Maintenance of the playground and basketball courts
      • Maintenance of Mason Bluff Drive and Devon Lane street and parking lot sealing and painting
      • Financial management and related accounting administration services
      • Electricity for our street lights
      • Insurance
      • State taxes, incorporation fees, annual audit
      • Legal services

    In 2009, the Burke Overlook HOA finanical management and related accounting administration function was outsourced to Select Community Service (SCS), An Associa Member Company.

    ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE QUARTERLY ASSESSMENTS

    HOA Assessments not paid within thirty (30) days of the due date are subject to Article V, Section 8 of the Declaration of Covenants, as amended, which imposes a late fee of $10.00
    plus an interest charge of 12% per annum from the due date.
